New and returning Fall activities

Along with regularly scheduled programs we have some new activities on the October Calendar. 

Fridays in the Villa Common Room:

New:  Chi gong exercises 10:00 - 11:00 am  604 894-6547.

Craft Group drop in will continue for October provided there is enough interest from 11:00 - 2:00 pm

New Sing-a-long  2:00 - 4 pm  Call Carmen or Shirley for more information

Regularly scheduled programs starting up again:

Weekly:

Carpet Bowling will be set up every Wednesday from 11:00 - 1:00 at the Pemberton Community Centre. 

Fitness program will continue on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings starting with cardio at 10:00 a.m. (note time changed)  Our trainer, Janice will start her program at 10:30 and will spend 45 minutes on a variety of exercises specially designed for our aging bodies and individual needs. 

Painting and Drawing Group still meets - contact Gretchen 604 894 6547 for more information.

Monthly:

Monthly Health Talks are scheduled by VCH on the first Wednesday of the month at the library 10:00 a.m.

Tech times continue at the library on the third Wednesday of the month from 10:00 - 11:00 am.

Bowling for Life Lunches - at Ullus or Pemberton Community Centre see EVENTS for date.

Seniors Interacting through Art - locations vary, see event calendar

As well we can join in the Community Centre programs which include a Walking group at 9:00 am on Thursday mornings - FREE.
